Requirement & Soft Skills

  • Final year student or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or other related major, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency with Sketchup, Vray, and Autocad, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Skillful in 3D Max, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop is an added value.
  • Have a great “sense of design” and personal taste.
  • Strong knowledge in architecture details, materials, and trends.
  • Familiarity with project cost estimation is a plus.
  • Fast learner, self motivated, creative, and proactive.
  • Excellent in communication, great problem solving, and detail oriented.
  • Good attitude and Polite Manners.
